Ingredients:
- 3 pound(1.360kg) mutton (cut in round shapes)
- 3 tomatoes( divide in four parts )
- 3 onions ( cut in small nuances)
- 4 red chilli( chopped)
- 2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon red chilli seed
- 1/2 tablespoon Fenugreek
- 2 tablespoon coriander
- 2 tablespoon cumin( fry and grind)
- 1/2 cup Mix garlic and lemon juice water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 capsicum (divide in four parts )
- Cumin, turmeric,red chilli ,black paper(all ingredient paste)
- Salt(as you wish)
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger (cut in small parts)
Preparations:
First of all we would heat it and put oil and butter in it, after that we will put onion.

After roasting it for a while, we will add mutton to it, add garlic and ginger to it without water.

Then we will mix everyone together and after a while, leave it for 45 minutes and cover it.
