Roast suji biscuit today i am going to share with you a very crispy granulated naan khatai biscuit that to without baking. Which is prepared in minutes. This fun naan khatai increase the fun of your breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Milk one third cup
- Half cup sugar
- Cardamom powder one fourth teaspoon
- Turmeric powder one fourth teaspoon
- One cup semolina(Suji), roasted
- 1/4 cup maida
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanut powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
Preparations:
To make unbaked granulated suji biscuit naan khatai, firstly add sugar powder to the milk and mix it well. While stirring. Now add turmeric powder and cardamom powder and mix by mixing.
Now add semolina and maida to it. Flour work as a binding, add roast peanut powder and baking soda and mix everything well while stirring.
Don't use even a little water in it and prepare the hard dough. If feel the dough is a bit loose, the add two spoons flour and mix it to the flour and prepare a stiff dough. Now keep the dough aside.
Put oil in the pan and keep it on medium heat for heating. This oil is getting so hot, make semolina biscuits and apply light oil on your hands. Make a dough by taking a little flour from the flour. Then press it lightly, it should be smooth from all sides, there should be no creak at all.
Likewise prepare all naan khatai. In such a time, our oil has also become hot, now put naan khatai one by one. Reduce the hot of the gas slightly from the medium.

Suggestion:
- If you want you can add yellow food color instead of turmeric.
