Ingredients:
- 80 grams chickpeas
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp curd
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 medium chopped onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 4 tbsp tamarind & date chutney
- 1 medium boiled potato
- 3 medium grated potato
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 30 grams finely chopped cilantro
- 40 grams mung bean
- 1/8 tsp red chilli powder
- 4 tbsp cilantro chutney
Preparation:
First of all peel potato and grate from thick side of grater and then after put it cold water with ice leave it for 15 minutes.
And then after let's do rest of the preparation in boiled chickpeas and sweet chilli sauce salt to taste and all mix well.
And then after take boiled and chopped potatoes and add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, Chaat masala and add salt to taste and mix well all ingredients.
And after 15 minutes squeeze potatoes and take out on paper towel spread and place paper towel on top and press all over transfer it in lagre vessel.
Then after add black pepper powder 1 tbsp rice flour and 1 tbsp cornstarch salt to taste and mix well i feel good it after mixing.
And after take grease baking Tray with oil and make in potatoes cup don't make potato very thick.
Potato cup are ready for baking and pre-heated oven bake on 350F/180C for 30 minutes.
Take out from the oven after 30 minutes or once you see edges has turned brown and take out all potato cups.

On top potato cup add boiled chickpeas and add spicy potatoes, cilantro chutney, mung bean, chopped onions, curd, roasted cumin powder, tamarind chutney and fine sev.
