A little different from a saute cottage cheese , sweet cheese salad is Nutritious as well as delicious. This cheese recipes is tastefully and looking nice. On any party or Special occasion , you can include this unique salad in your menu or you can eat it lightly when you feel hungry.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams cottage cheese
- 1 capsicum
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 tsp garlic(chopped)
- 1/4 tsp ginger(grated)
- 2 green chilli (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional:
- Onions
- Garlic
Preparations:
First of all, we will add a pan to it, 1 TSP olive oil after it is slightly hot, add it in small chopped cottage cheese and till light golden brown We will fry it from all sides and take it out in a plate.
We will add a little more oil to the pan, now we will add finely chopped garlic to the pan, after that we will add grated ginger Now we will add dice onions, let it cook for a while and add capsicum in it, then add the carrot and fry it for a while Fry it for at least 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.
Now we will add tomatoes, after that we will add green chillies, now we will heat it and put its panner and add salt according to the taste And add chilli flakes and add Italian seasoning and mix everything with heat and cook on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes In the last, add a little lemon juice and add it to the mixture.
Now we will take out the sauté cheese in a plate. This cheese salad is very beneficial for health. This was Panner salad.
