Ingredients:
- 6 piece Bread
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion( chopped)
- 1 tomato ( chopped)
- 1 capsicum ( cut in long shapes)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala powder
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese (chopped)
Green sauce ingredient:
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 mint leaves
- 3 green chilli
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Sauce Preparation:
First we will add Coriander Leaves into the mixer, then after that add Mint Leaves than After Green Chilli, Salt, Curd and Sugar And after mixing a little, we will add 1 TSP of water and mix it again. When the sauce is ready, take it out in a bowl.
Preparation:
First of all, we will boil the Potatoas properly, and after the Boil, we will mashed it properly, making sure that the piece of Potatoas is not big.
Now we will take two pieces of bread and put butter in the upper parts of the bread, after the butter is done, we will add sauce And after putting both the bread and butter on the bread, we will put the boiled potatoes on the bread On top of that, put some salt, then after add chaat masala powder increase the taste.
Now we will put Black Pepper on top of it and after that Capsicum will be put on the long cut which has been chopped And lastly we will put two slices of tomato on top of it, after that we will put mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of it And then add some chaat masala.
Now we will cover the second piece of bread and put butter in parts on it.
Likewise, make all the bread ready, then after heating the grill, we will apply some oil on it And place your grill on the medium or low hot and take care to keep the side butter on it.
When those side colors come, then flip them to the other side and likewise cook on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes After that, take it out in a plate and cook all the sandwich in the same way, and we will be ready to be sandwich.
