Ingredients for Grated cabbage Pakoda:-
- Cabbage - 250-300 grams
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi - 2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 4 teaspoons
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon or 1 inch grated
- Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste
- Green chili - 2 finely chopped
- Oil - for frying fritters
How to make cabbage Keema Pakoda:-
Wash and dry the cauliflower and grate it. take the gram flour in big bowl and prepare a thick by adding water. Stir the solution well with a spoon, add salt, kasoori methi, green coriander, green chillies, ginger paste and red chilli powder and mix well. Add grated cauliflower and mix.
Put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, then pour a little mixture from it with a spoon. Fry as many pakoda as possible in a pan and put them in the pan.
Fry the pakoda by frying them till they turn golden brown on medium high gas, similarly fry all the pakoda.
Serve hot cauliflower pakoda with green coriander sauce, mint sauce or tomato sauce and eat.

For the pakoda solution, semolina can also be added instead of rice flour in gram flour.
