Ingredients for Energy Bar at Home:-
- 1 1/2 cup(150grm) instant oats
- 1 cup(225grm) dates
- 1/2 cup(12.5grm) puffed rice
- 1/4 cup(35grm) almond
- 1/4 cup(31grm) dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup(60ml) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup(60ml) honey
- 1/4 cup(32grm) pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparations of Granola Bar Recipe No Bake:-
1).
Grind your dates to a sticky paste. I've take soft dates, if your dates are hard, you can add some water to them.

Next we will roast our oats for 3-4 minutes.
This is necessary because we are not baking our granola.
3).
You can touch your oats to see if they are nice and warm. If they are, then it an indication thats its done.

Then after same pan dry roast puffed rice for 2-3 minutes till it becomes crispy.

Next, roast your nuts and seeds in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. This help in releasing their oils which add the flavour.

Transfer the nuts into a bowl and add the dry roasted oats and puffed rice.
Mix all the dry ingredients well.

Mix the salt into your dry ingredients evenly.
Then after put peanut butter i am using homemade peanut butter.
We don't need to cook them. We just need to heat them till they get a thin consistency.

Pour it into the dry ingredients and then add dates. Dates are not only nutritious but they also have their own natural sweetness.
9).
We are not using any sugar in our recipe. Now mix well you have to use hands as dates aur very sticky.
10).
Pour the mixer into a greased tray and spread it evenly using a spatula or by hand.
11).
With the back of spoon smoothen the top and side's. This is necessary to give your bar a smooth finish.
12).
Now sprinkle some pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries on top and press them down gently. This is completely optional.
13).
We will now refrigerate this for at least 2 hour before cutting it into slices.
14).
Our granola has become had after refrigeration we will cut it into slices. We will begin with making a cut in the centre.
