- 100gm Green Moong
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 2 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Carrots Chopped
- 1/5 Cup Raw Mango Chopped(Optional)
- 1 Small Tomato chopped
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Black Salt
Preparations Of Sprout Salad Recipe:-
1).
To make the sprout moong salad first, we will sprout the moong,
first we will take bowl and put moong with add water as well,
Now we will keep the moong with water for the whole night so that the moong is soaked properly.

next day we will strain the water from moong, and now we will take a bowl and take moong put a hanky over it, Put the moong on top of it and tie hanky with a bowl and place it on a hot place for 8-10 hours.
