- 100gm Sugar
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp Tamarind juice (Optional)
- 3/4 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Now we will put 1 cup of water in the cooker to boil the tomatoes.
2).Close the cooker and boil the tomatoes until the medium high flame is 3-4 whistles.After 3-4 whistles come, let the cooker cool slightly.
3).Open the cooker and cool it a bit.After completely freezing the tomatoes, we will now put all the tomatoes in the blending jar.And there is some water left in the cooker, keep it on the side, we will use it later.
4).Now, make a tomatoes smooth paste by blending.
Now take out the tomato paste in a bowl and also take the cooker's water in a cup.
