  • Semolina- half a kilo
  • Sugar- 100 grams
  • Rice flour- 50 grams
  • All purpose flour- 50 grams
  • Water - 2 Cup

Preparation of Nepali Sel Roti

Take a deep frying pan to make roti. Then add semolina rice flour, all purpose flour, sugar (sugar can be reduced or added as per your taste) and mix all the things well together.

Put oil in a pan and keep it for heating, when the oil is hot, we will put a paste of sel bread in it. The vessel in which we have filled the paste of sel roti, start pouring it from one side in the pan and bringing it round while adding it to the other side.

If you want to roast it on a slow flame, then lift it with the help of a stick and if you turn it with a spoon, your hand can also burn.

Fry it in both the way till it turns golden brown and all the other rotis are prepared in the same way.
