- Millet flour - 1/4 cup
- Maize flour - 1/4 cup
- Soybean flour - 1/4 cup
- Gram flour - 1/4 cup

- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Parsley - 1/4 tsp (if you want)
- Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Preparations of Multigrain Roti Recipe

Take out the wheat flour in a big bowl, add millet flour, corn flour, soybean flour and gram flour, add the parsley, salt and oil, knead soft dough with the help of warm water, knead the dough. Keep it covered for 20 minutes, the dough will swell and set.

After the dough is set, take a little dry wheat flour. place the pan on the gas and heat it. Break the dough equal to one lemon from the dough and wrap it in dry flour and roll the round roti into a diameter of 6-7 inches, do not dilute the bread too much and keep it not too thick, make a thick roti, heat the rolled roti Put it on the pan.

Turn the roti, if the color of the roti becomes a bit dark from the top, and now roast the roti from the bottom till it gets light spots, till the roti is getting cooked on the pan, then roll the other roti. Holding the roti on the gas with tongs, rotate it and roast it till it gets brown spots on both the sides. Serve the roti hot with ghee, or keep a bowl on a plate or a cup in the casserole and keep it on it, prepare all the rotis.
