Ingredients for Chicken Tikka
Serve(🍽)2-3
- Boneless chicken: 150 grams
- Curd: 50 grams
- Ginger Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 tsp.
- Black paper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: 25 grams
- Onion: 1
- Capsicum: 1/2 piece
Preparations of Chicken Tikka at Home

First put curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt and a little black pepper in a large bowl.

Then add lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of oil to it, and mix it well.
