Ingredients for paneer tikka Serve(🍽)2-3
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1 TBSP OIL
- ½ TSPN SALT
- 1/3 CUP WATER(POUR GRADUALLY)
- ½ TSPN BLACK SEED
- 2-3 BOILED POTATOES
- ½ TSPN CHILLI FLAKES
- ½ TSPN GARLIC POWDER
- ½ TSPN GINGER POWDER
- ½ TSPN CUMIN POWDER
- 1 TSPN GREEN CHILLI
- 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
- ½ TSPN SALT
- 2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
- 2 TBSP FLOUR
- 2 TBSP WATER

First of all, for making samosa patti, we will take 1 cup of flour in a bowl, along with this, take 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp salt and mix it well. And take 1/2 cup of water and using your hand, you will make milk from the flour, along with it add 1/2 tsp of black seeds.
And keep the flour milk for 10 minutes until it becomes soft.

Till then we will prepare the filling masala under the samosa, to make it, take 2 to 3 boiled potatoes and mash it.
then after 1/2 tbsp chili flakes, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder sath hi 1/2 tbsp ginger powder along with 1/2 tbsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp salt add in it.
For a little spicy, add 1/2 Tbsp Green Chili and also add 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves.

We will mix everything with easy, now we will add 2 tbsp corn flour and once using hand, we will mix it well.

Now we will make the dough that we had prepared in the ground shape. And with the help of a knife, cut it into a long shape and keep the mashed potatoes and make rolls.
