Ingredients for mango Shake Serve(🍽)2-3
- 750gm minced meat
- Some coriander
- Bunch of mint
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1½ tsp salt or according to taste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp raw papaya paste
- 1 medium onion
- 4 Green chilies
- And some butter
Preparation of Mutton Seekh kabab

First of all we will add Chopped Mutton in a bowl, after that we will take a grinder and add 4 Green Chilies to it and grind the paste.
When the green chilies paste is ready, add 1 medium sized Chopped Onion to it in the grinder as well as make the onion paste.

Now we will add some chopped mutton along with the paste in the grinder and add all the spices together and make a good batter.
And with this we will also add ginger and garlic paste. And add 1 tbsp raw papaya paste together.

And will blend them all together and together they will make good batter.
Now we will take the little mutton which is left again in the grinder along with the chopped Coriander Leaves And with this, we will blend the mutton and coriander leaves.

Now we have blended the mutton from 2 ways, take each of them in a bowl and mix them well with a hand.
Mix it and store it for 2 hours so that the mutton becomes a little more tasty.
Now we will take barbeque stick and wrap the mutton quail on it. Similarly wrap all the sticks.
For the first way, we will take the barbecue grill and keep the wrapped stick on the grill. After keeping 5 to 6 sticks, we will cook the kababs with ease as you can see in the image above.

For the second way mutton kebab, we will use small stick in advance and fry the kabab in a pan.
After adding some oil in the pan, we will fry the wrapped kebabs on the small stick.
