            Ingredients for Plain biryani                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Serve(🍽)2-3          

  • 30 mins soaked basmati rice – 200 grams (1 cup)
  • Water – 1½ cup (for 1 cup of rice)
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garlic cloves – 5 to 7
  • Ginger
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Black cardamom – 1
  • Kalpasi
  • Oil – 1 tbl spoon
  • Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
  • Cinnamon stick – 1
  • Star anise – 1
  • Cardamom – 1
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Cloves – 2
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Curd – 3 tbl spoon
  • Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon

     

Preparation of Plain Biryani Rice Recipe

 1 

First of all we will take one mixer take 5-6 garlic in it and also take a piece of ginger, take 1 green chili, take 1 black cardamom in the mixer itself  i will add a little piece of kalpasi and make paste.

When the paste is ready, we will add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, we will add 1 stick of cinnamon once the oil is slightly heated.

Now we will add 1 star anise and fry them all for a while 1 cardamom to do it as well as a bay leaf 2 pieces cloves Add 1 slices onion and fry with all until golden brown.
Now we will add the paste which was prepared by making it and fry it with onions.

Will add mint leaves after frying a little, as well as add Coriander leaves, add 1 Chopped tomatoes

And will also add 1 tsp of Turmeric powder as well as add 1 tsp of Coriander powder If you have biryani masala then add or add garam masala only.

To increase the taste a little, we will add salt according to the taste and mix it all well After this will use 3 tbsp curd and mix again now in the last 30 minutes soak add 250g basmati rice.

And mix the rice with spices and add 1 1/2 cups of water and use 1/2 lemon juice.
Now close the cooker and put it on 1 whistle low flame.

Finally open the cooker, your full tasty plain biryani rice is ready.
