  Ingredients for paratha                                                                                                                                                                                                Serve(🍽)2-3          

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 2 pcs green chilli
  • 1 inch crushed Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • Dry Fenugreek 2 leaves 
  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
  • 2-3 tbsp curd
  • Water as per your requirement
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Ghee


Preparation of paratha

First of all, to make Tasty Parathas, we will take a big bowl and take 2 cups of wheat flour. With this, we will add 1/2 cup of gram flour and in the same way add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

Now we will add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, Salt as per taste, 1 tsp carrom seeds, 2 pcs green chilli, 1 inch crushed Ginger, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, dry Fenugreek 2 leaves, 2-3 tbsp ghee, 2-3 tbsp curd, water as per requirement, 1 tbsp oil.

Now we will mix it all together and adding water little by little, we will make the milk ready so that we can make parathas.

Now after the soft milk is ready, we will make rolls one by one and make griddle on medium flame and with the help of a spoon, you will continue to apply ghee and if the paratha becomes a little golden brown from both the sides, then remove it from the griddle and make it all in the same way.

You can do this paratha in any travel for 3 to 4 days, it is very tasty.
