- 1cup Instant oats
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 2 tbsp garm flour
- 1 medium size chopped onion
- 1 medium size chopped capsicum
- 1 medium size chopped tomato
- 2 chopped green chilli
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mango
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup water
- Salt as per requirement
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Oil for cooking
Preparation of healthy paratha

First of all, we will heat the pan, in it for 10 minutes 1 cup of instant oats will turn golden brown. After that we will put the oats in a bowl, with this we will add 2 Tbsp Semolina as well as hot flour and mix all with ok.

Now we will add 1 medium size Chopped Onion to increase the taste a little more.

With the same 1 Chopped Capsicum and 1 Chopped Tomatoes, again again we will mix all of them with well.

We will use some other ingredients as well as 2 Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 dry mango, 1/2 tsp chilli powder,
Mix everything again.

With this, to make the milk ready, add 1 cup of water to it, some salt will also be added according to your taste.
1 tbsp Coriander leaves will be chopped so that the taste becomes even more.

By making milk to all, we will become like potatoes paratha, now we will heat the pan and apply oil on all sides.
And put the dough in the pan and make it in a round shape.
