  • 250g Spinach leaves 
  • 200g Paneer cube
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 green chilli
  • 1 Inch chopped ginger
  • Garlic cloves 14 to 15
  • 1 largest onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tap kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt as to taste
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

First of all, we will take a pot, boil 2 litter of water in it and when the water becomes completely hot, then add spinach leaves to it.
And cook the spinach leaves for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes take it out in a plate And wash it with cold water, take the spinach leaves after that in the blending jar.

Now we will heat the pan a little on the gas, heat the oil a little in it, after that add the sumin seeds. After it turns a little golden brown, we will add Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic and Onions Chopped and mix them all well.

Cover a little and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, after some time add chopped tomato, We will mix the tomatoes again, now we will cook for 2 to 3 minutes so that the tomatoes become a little soft.

Now we will put the spinach in a blending jar and after that we will put all the cooked ingredients And we will blend all together and add some water too.

Now the paste is ready, now we will heat the pan again, and heat the oil a little, on the low flame, Now, in the heated oil, mix the Turmeric Powder, cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder all together.

Now we will put the blended paste in the oil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, and mix a little, now we will add fresh cream.

In the last, now we will add paneer cube, now we will turn off the gas flame, In the last, we will put fresh cream for garnish and add some cheese after chopping, now we will serve in the plate.
