- 2 dried red chilli
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- 1 Inch ginger
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 green chilli
- 1/2 kg palak
- 3 potatoes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Desi ghee

Aloo palak Recipe for the best taste, heat a pan and heat it with 2 tbsp mustard oil and heat it a little, add 1 tsp cumin seeds and add dried red chillies,
Then we will put one chopped onion in it and make it all golden brown.
