   Ingredients for thandai recipe

  • Milk (full fat) - 1 lt
  • Cashew nuts (soaked) - ¼ cup
  • Almonds (soaked) - ¼ cup
  • Pistachios (soaked) - ¼ cup
  • Cardamom (soaked) - 10nos
  • Peppercorns (soaked) - 10nos
  • Poppy Seeds (soaked) - 2 tbsp
  • Fennel Seeds (soaked) - 1½ tbsp
  • Watermelon seeds (soaked) - 2tbsp
  • Cucumber seeds (soaked) - 1 tbsp
  • Rosewater - 1tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg Powder - ½ tsp
  • Saffron (soaked) - a generous pinch
  • Water - a dash
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Ice cubes - few

To begin making the Holi Special Thandai Recipe, we will first heat a pan. Will add 1 liter full fat milk in it and heat the milk for a while, after that we will take a grinder and add it.

1/4 cup soaked cashew nuts as well as 1/4 cup soaked almonds and 1/4 cup soaked pistachios, 10nos soaked cardamom, 10nos soaked peppercorns, soaked poppy seeds 2 tbsp, soaked fennel seeds 1 1/2 tbsp, watermelon seeds soaked 2 tbsp, cucumber seeds soaked 1 tbsp, rosewater 1 tbsp, cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp, nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp, soaked saffron a pinch And in the last a water dash.

Now we will grid all of them well in the grinder, now we will add sugar according to our taste in the milk Now we will go on mixing the batter of grinded dry fruits in milk.

Now we will boil it well on the gas till it comes to a boil.
Now we will turn off the gas flame and let it cool down completely.

Now we will take a glass, take some ice cubes in it and pour the cold as well,
Now we will add some saffron from above and also use rose leaves for decoration Will put it on top, along with it will add some chopped dry fruits.
