Griddled French Toast | Special French Toast

Ingredients:
- 4 slice of bread (such brioche or challah)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Butter for griddling
- Powdered sugar and maple syrup for serving (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined. -
Heat the griddle:
Preheat your griddle or a large skillet over medium heat and add a little butter to coat the surface. -
Dip the bread:
Dip every slices of bread in the egg mixture, both sides are evenly coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off. -
Griddle the French toast:
Place the soaked bread slices on the griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy. You may need to adjust the heat depending on your griddle. -
Serve:
Once cooking completed , take the French toast from griddle. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup or your favorite topping.
