Honey Almond Biscotti | Homemade Almond Biscotti
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preheat your oven: Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and honey until smooth. Blend in the vanilla extract along with the vegetable oil until well incorporated.

Combine the Mixtures: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Add the Almonds: Gently fold the slivered almonds into the dough.
